COMPLETE BOOKING FORM or MAKE YOUR BOOKING ONLINE
If you are booking online, just select BOOK KNOW and you will be taken through a short process to secure your holiday. Our secure payment gateway is SagePay
If you are booking via the telephone or through the post you will need to complete and send us a booking form; booking forms are available online or within our brochure
MAKE PAYMENT
Your deposit is payable online or if you booked on the telephone, within 7 days
The balance of hire terms, damage waiver and fuel deposits should be paid 70 days in advance of your holiday start date (optional extras are paid for on arrival). Payment can be made by telephoning us on 01603 782207, sending a cheque or following the link in your confirmation email if you booked online
IT'S HOLIDAY TIME
On the day of your holiday our friendly staff will welcome you.
If you have booked a boating holiday then you will be given full instructions before you leave the boatyard. We will show you how to operate all the controls and safety equipment on board, and also demonstrate how to manoeuvre and moor the boat safely
Weekly holidays: Takeover time from 4 pm and vacated by 9 am.
Short break: Takeover time from 2.30 pm and vacated by 9 am.
Please note that your Holiday Cruiser or Waterside Holiday Home should be ready for the above takeover time, but if there are any unforeseen problems, we will endeavour to keep delays of your takeover to a minimum.
Please advise us of your arrival time as some Cruiser's and Holiday Homes may be ready earlier. If you plan to arrive later than 4pm please let us know when making your booking, 01603 782207.
