If you are booking via the telephone or through the post you will need to complete and send us a booking form; booking forms are available online or within our brochure
MAKE PAYMENT
Your deposit is payable online or if you booked on the telephone, within 7 days
The balance of hire terms, damage waiver and fuel deposits should be paid 70 days in advance of your holiday start date (optional extras are paid for on arrival). Payment can be made by telephoning us on 01603 782207, sending a cheque or following the link in your confirmation email if you booked online
IT'S HOLIDAY TIME
On the day of your holiday our friendly staff will welcome you.
If you have booked a boating holiday then you will be given full instructions before you leave the boatyard. We will show you how to operate all the controls and safety equipment on board, and also demonstrate how to manoeuvre and moor the boat safely
£25 Deposit (non-refundable)
Any bookings made before the end of October 2013, will require a £25 non-refundable deposit per week booked; with the remainder of the initial payment due on or before 1st February 2014.
Payment of Balance
Please note that the balance of hire terms and any extra charges and deposits should be paid 70 days in advance of your holiday start date unless otherwise stated on the booking confirmation. Receipts are issued to all customers.
Payments by credit card
There will be a surcharge of 1.5% on any payment made by credit card, this does not include debit cards. Please note that we do not accept American Express or Diners Club cards.

Fuel Deposit
Your boat will be ready for you with a full tank of fuel;your fuel deposit is an average of what we think that type of boat may use. On your return we will re-fill your boat and if you have used under the deposit we will refund you, or if you have used over you may owe us.
From Jan 1st 2013
A £100 fuel deposit is required for: Fair Senator, Fair Princess, Fair Regent, Fair Ambassador, Fair Consort, Fair Viscount, Fair Regal, Fair Commodore, Fair Duchess, Fair Courier and Fair Royale.
A £130 fuel deposit is required for: Fair Jubilee, Fair Prince, Fair Diplomat, Fair Aristocrat, Fair Countess, Fair Duke, Fair Commander and Fair Empress.
A £150 fuel deposit is required for: Fair Monarch, Fair President, Fair Sovereign, Fair Majesty, Fair Admiral, Fair Emperor and Fair Statesman.
Damage Waiver / Security Deposit for Hire Cruisers
The payment of a £40 waiver for up to a 6 berth boat and a £50 waiver for a 7 berth boat and over will free the hirer from any liability for accidental damage to the boat, its fittings or loss of its equipment. It does not cover damage or losses caused by negligence on the part of the hirer, or return of the boat in an unclean condition, which will incur an extra payment.
If you prefer to pay a security deposit of £500, you must indicate this on your booking form. We reserve the right to charge a security deposit on certain parties, including all male, all female parties and young mixed non family groups.
